During an individual coaching, you are in contact with your own coach, and everything that is exchanged between you is sealed by the strongest confidentiality. We are there to facilitate changes that you want to put in place, we are there to protect you, too. Eventually, you are in charge of your changes.

Process

Individual CAP Coaching happens through sessions in which you face your own professional coach. These sessions may take place, depending on what you and your coach agree upon, either in the coach office, in a quiet and secure place, in open air, through the phone or videoconferencing, or even at your own office – the latter only outside of your work constraints : you need to be totally available to yourself without any external disturbances.
Each session may last up to 2 hours, averaging 1 hour. In between sessions, a timeframe of 1 week to 3 months is given to you, in order to enable you to take action and put in perspective what will have been practiced.
